robot cleaner and Vacuum Combos
Most robot vacuum-mop combos can be customized using an app that can save your home's maps, set cleaning schedules and choose mopping modes. They also let you change suction power and fine-tune how much water and the scrubbing action of your mop.
A mapping feature helps your robot navigate around rooms and obstacles, while an obstacle avoidance feature will stop it from hitting wires, furniture, or even stray pet toys. These features are essential in my home that is filled with toys.
1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra
The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the flagship mop and vacuum, which is why it is naturally with a host of features. It can sweep and mop simultaneously, and lift its mop pads or brushes to ensure that soft surfaces don't get wet. It also has the ability to see and avoid obstacles, thanks to the ability to identify pet toys plants, small objects.

The robot vacuum's maximum suction power is 6 000 pascals. This is more than any vacuum we've tested to date. It also has PreciSense LiDAR Navigation that tracks its location, preventing it from becoming stuck on objects.
The mopping capabilities of the S8 Pro Ultra are also impressive. It can continuously apply pressure to the pad at more than 6 Newtons to give a thorough clean. It also comes with a mop lifter system that lifts the pad automatically when it changes between tile and laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs, to avoid soaking soft surfaces.
In addition to this, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be cleaned and then dried with the dock and the dust container is automatically emptied and returned to it. You can set it up and forget about it. It is only necessary to replenish the water tank or replace the dust bag on occasion.
All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. I used it on its normal mop and vac settings for about 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and then return to its base to recharge. This is within the range of the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is in line with other hybrids I've test.
This is a very well-rounded and capable product, with its only downsides being the fact that it's pricey. The sheer amount of features makes it a great choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We would highly recommend this vacuum when you can justify the cost.
2. Dreametech L10S Ultra
The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a premium combination. Its high-end price is justified by its impressive features, which include a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mops. It also includes an app-based controller that is smart and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.
The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros, which is one of the highest robotic vacuum and mop combos on the market. In my tests, it was able to perform well in all areas of the home, removing 98.4 percent of the debris on all floor types and managing to lift hair that is long without knots. The mops also performed well and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than many mid-range models. This was due to their rotational movement and a strong dose cleaning solution.
The docking station is the real selling aspect of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and modern. The dock emptys its dustbin into a dirt bag, refills its water tank to enable the mopping function and even dry the mop pads for you. It also features a real-time hazard detection system and allows you to schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its intelligent controls.
The L10S Ultra does not offer the best performance in removing carpet debris when compared to the other hybrid mop I tried. Additionally, its mops aren't as efficient in removing tough stains like those in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.
Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it still requires regular maintenance. Its base station needs to be emptied and the water and dust tanks should be cleaned, empty and dried on a regular basis to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to note that the mop pads which are bought separately will need to be replaced on a regular basis too.
With the L10S Ultra's pricey price tag and extensive functionality I would recommend it to anyone with the funds for it. If you're on a budget I would suggest a less basic model that lets you to save money and enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. It's important to note that even the L10S Ultra is the best mop and robotic vacuum you can purchase however, its cost and maintenance costs will ultimately make it more of a wish rather than a requirement.
3. Eufy S1 Pro
If you're in search of a robot vacuum and mop that will remove dust and dirt on your hard floors while taking care of wet mess then you should look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop combo has a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power. It also boasts a large battery capacity that can be used for both vacuuming as well as mowing. It's also fitted with a top-notch obstacle-avoidance system. It also comes with a roller mop that cleans itself as it moves this makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that have to return to their base station mid-clean in order to clean the mop pad.
The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a big contrast to the microfiber pads and spinning discs used in other robots. The roller is nearly the entire length of the robot and it receives a constant supply of fresh Ozonated, filtered water from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while soaking up dirt. Any dry debris is swept away with the side brushes or swept into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro is able to dump mop water that is dirty into its base station, where it is sucked up by the tank's heater elements, and then it is emptied into a bigger storage container. The tank that is onboard holds a decent amount of water, and can handle a half dozen mopping sessions before going dry.
The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package, just like most other robotic vacuums/mops. The S1 Pro does need to be refilled with clean water. This can be done in the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock in case you want to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you opt for this option however, you'll need to buy the Eufy-branded cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands allowing you to use your choice of cleaning products.
The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and navigation efficiency tests, as did the majority of robots. It was quick to map the space and moved around furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a couple times on larger pile carpets and rugs during my testing however this could be fixed when the software is updated. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that provides lots of features at affordable prices.
4. Roborock Qrevo
The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum. However, it still has some amazing features. The dock's multi-function function is emptying the robot's dirtbag, refilling its water tanks, and cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system can sweep a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's extreme suction is perfect for picking up pet hair and other debris that accumulates on carpets.
The software that runs this appliance is dense, offering a wide variety of options to personalize the cleaning process. You can manually initiate a full map and clean of everything that the device maps, or you can choose specific rooms, expandable zones or even a routine you've created. There are many mopping options which include SmartPlan -- an algorithm that utilizes the mops' sensors to find the most efficient way to clean your home as it maps the area.
The Qrevo performed well during our tests, just like all the Roborock models that we've evaluated. Its navigation system is efficient by quickly mapping rooms and cleaning in an organized way. Its 'Normal" pathing option covers a room well, without any major gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance function works well too, but it is not as advanced as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards such as thick carpets, but it may not always recognize smaller things such as rug tassels or electrical wires.
The most obvious flaw with this model is the absence of a mop after vacuum option which could be a problem for people who spend a lot of time vacuuming before cleaning with their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple alternative: the app has an option to "clean up" at the end of each session. The mopping features of the vacuum to get rid of the last traces and dust that are left behind after vacuuming. This is a great feature that helps this robot to clean up a bit better than its competitors with lower prices.
